I have been working with Dimension Design since they first opened and there's not a better ad designer in the business. I can bring them anything and they can make it work. One thing I've noticed is they are very attentive to detail so they keep working the ad until it is balanced and pleasing to the eye. Many designers just slap something together and send you a bill but a true designer would find that unacceptable. I have worked with others who claim to be able to design an ad and it is a lot of work to try and fix the job of a novice.
